The New Zealand Digital Library project is a research programme at The
University of Waikato whose aim is to develop the underlying technology for

Refugee Studies Centre (RSC) is part of the University of Oxford's
International Development Centre at Queen Elizabeth House. Its objectives

Humanitarian Community Information Center (HCIC) promotes and facilitates
coordination by serving as an information focal point for local and
international NGOs, UN and other inter-governmental agencies, donors and
KFOR for Kosovo relief operations. Their website offers information on a
variety of topics related to the Kosovar effort including access to their GIS/Map
and Data coordination unit, which provides information on pcodes, GIS
and other map technologies.

international humanitarian assistance in crisis situations, UNDP provides a
bridge between emergency relief and long-term economic development. In
societies wracked by conflict, UNDP supports national and regional
reconciliation; greater participation by women in peace-building and
democratization; reintegration of refugees and displaced persons;
reconstruction of war-torn communities; and demobilization and
reintegration of former soldiers into civil society.
