Home page presents daily updated news from member organizations and Reuters News Service.  The site also includes an international register of aid suppliers; an information exchange for members (to apply to be a member visit members application); databases of training, events (diary), and contacts in the relief community (AlertNet Members) and background information relevant to disaster relief. Relief Resources provide access to documents, articles, and links to sites on topics such as satellite images, children and war, working in relief, refugees, and technology.  For specific inquiries use the search engine.

Amnesty International is a worldwide movement that works to promote all the human rights enshrined in the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” and other international standards. In particular, Amnesty International campaigns to free all prisoners of conscience; ensure fair and prompt trials for political prisoners; abolish the death penalty, torture and other cruel treatment of prisoners; end political killings and "disappearances"; and oppose human rights abuses by opposition groups.

GINIE is a resource to help provide governments, donor and relief organizations with on-line information, both current and historical, on crisis- and change-oriented educational services and materials.

The website provides information about GINIE, how the website works, and provides discussion forum for members. Home page provides links to featured related links. Search engine is currently inoperable, but should be useful in the future.

This journal regularly provides information and commentary on the following issues: the causes of refugee and related movements, internal displacement, the particular situation of women and refugee children, the human rights dimension, restrictive policies, asylum and determination procedures, populations at risk and the conditions in different countries.
