Asian Disaster Preparedness Center

a regional resource center working towards disaster reduction for safer
communities and sustainable development in Asia and the Pacific.

programs. Programs include Program for Enhancement of Emergency Response
(PEER) and Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (DANA) program.

EuronAid

EuronAid was created in 1980 as an association of NG0s,
to be active in the field of food security and food aid. A EuronAid goal is
to enable NG0s to deliver high quality food security and food aid
programs for the people they seek to assist.The EuronAid services
comprise: Support
in programming, accounting and financial administration; Procurement of
food and other commodities; Logistics, including a door-to-door transport system,
General and specific information and training; Training on the application
of Project Cycle Management (PCM) for food-aid, food-security and
emergency-aid programmes.

Under
Documents, EuronAid provides access to papers on strategy, code of conduct, policy and events achives.
EuronAid FTP provides access to documents, guidebooks, and forms for

instructions. The NGO Guidebook
consists of information on EuronAid policies, preparation of project
proposal and implementation of a program through EuronAid. Information on
emergency management, coordination, logistics, and procurement are

Commission provides evaluation of EC Food Aid Programs, and in the
future will provide information on Food Security Programs and technical

mission serves to provide assistance and emergency aid to victims of
natural catastrophes and conflicts.

website is temporarily under construction. French website offers access to
information about ECHO mission and activities, as well as lists of
orderable ECHO publications and NOHA (Network on Humanitarian Assistance –
an advanced degree program) manuals. Several Journals are potentially
available – Ethics and Humanitarian Affairs, Humanitarian Action:
