Service. The site also includes an international register of aid suppliers; an

background information relevant to disaster relief. Relief Resources
provide access to documents, articles, and links to sites on topics such as
satellite images, children and war, working in relief, refugees, and

CARE

emergencies as well as provide food, water, shelter and health care to
survivors of natural disasters and armed conflicts. CARE's rehabilitation
programs include landmine removal and awareness, refugee repatriation and
conflict resolution.

EuronAid

EuronAid
was created in 1980 as an association of NG0s, to be active in the field of
food security and food aid. A EuronAid goal is to
enable NG0s to deliver high quality food security and food aid programs for
the people they seek to assist.The
EuronAid services comprise: Support in programming, accounting and
financial administration; Procurement of food and other commodities;
Logistics, including a door-to-door transport system, General and specific
information and training; Training on the application of Project Cycle
Management (PCM) for food-aid, food-security and emergency-aid programmes.
Website includes
information about the agency, history, policies, and strategy. Use the Site Map to view a list of
the site's contents. Each section is available in English, French and
Spanish.
Under
Documents, EuronAid provides access to papers on strategy, code of conduct, policy and events achives.
EuronAid FTP provides access to documents, guidebooks, and forms for

consists of information on EuronAid policies, preparation of project

The mission serves to provide assistance
and emergency aid to victims of natural catastrophes and conflicts.
English website is temporarily under construction.
French website offers access to information about ECHO mission and
activities, as well as lists of orderable ECHO publications and NOHA
(Network on Humanitarian Assistance – an advanced degree program) manuals.
Several Journals are potentially available – Ethics and Humanitarian
Affairs, Humanitarian Action: Perception and Security, and Humanitarian
